- Olive Oil — 3 partes aceite Picual (90 ml)
- Wine Vinegar — ½ parte vinagre de vino (15 ml)
- Veg Stock — ½ parte caldo de verduras (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Wine Vinegar, Veg Stock.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
