Ingredients

  • Olive Oil3 partes aceite Picual (90 ml)
  • Wine Vinegar½ parte vinagre de vino (15 ml)
  • Veg Stock½ parte caldo de verduras (15 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Wine Vinegar, Veg Stock.
  2. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
