Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 3 Tbsp olive oil (45 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 2 tsp sesame oil (10 ml)
- Tabasco — 3 drops Tabasco (0.15 ml)
- Sherry Vinegar — 1 Tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
- Maggi Seasonin — few drops Maggi (0.5 ml)
- Pepper — 4 turns pepper mill (0.3 g)
- Fleur de Sel — pinch fleur de sel (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Sesame Oil, Tabasco, Sherry Vinegar, Maggi Seasonin.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper, Fleur de Sel.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
