Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 1 cup extra virgin olive oil (240 ml)
- White Wine Vinegar — ⅓ cup white wine vinegar (80 ml)
- Sumac — 2½ tsp sumac (12.5 ml)
- Za'Atar — 1½ tsp za'atar (7.5 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 2 tsp toasted sesame oil (10 ml)
- Salt — Salt to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Sumac, Za'Atar, Sesame Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
