Ratio by volume: Dijon Mustard 15 ml, Red Wine Vinegar 15 ml, Soy Sauce 15 ml, Olive Oil 30 ml, Pepper 3 ml

Ingredients

  • Dijon Mustard1 tbsp Dijon (15 ml)
  • Red Wine Vinegar1 tbsp red wine vinegar (15 ml)
  • Soy Sauce1 tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
  • Olive Oil2 tbsp virgin olive oil (30 ml)
  • Pepper½ tsp freshly ground pepper (2.5 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Pepper.
  2. Add finishing notes: Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
