Ingredients
- Dijon Mustard — 1 tbsp Dijon (15 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 tbsp red wine vinegar (15 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 1 tbsp soy sauce (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 tbsp virgin olive oil (30 ml)
- Pepper — ½ tsp freshly ground pepper (2.5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Olive Oil, Pepper.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
