- Cucumber — 250 ml (1 cup) cucumber small dice + 15 ml coarse salt degorge 15–30 min
- Greek Yogurt — 250 ml (1 cup) Greek yogurt
- Garlic — 5 ml (1 tsp) finely chopped garlic
- Lemon Juice — 15 ml (1 tbsp) lemon juice
- Olive Oil — 15 ml (1 tbsp) EVOO
- Mint — 30 ml (2 tbsp) snipped fresh mint
- Dill — 5 ml (1 tsp) snipped fresh dill
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cucumber, Greek Yogurt, Garlic, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil, Mint, Dill.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
