- Tomato Juice — 150 g licuado de tomate
- Sugar — 20 g azúcar
- Sherry Vinegar — 10 g vinagre de Jerez
- Worcester — 1,5 g Worcestershire
- Tabasco — 0,2 g Tabasco
- Salt — sal (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Tomato Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Worcester, Tabasco.
- Add: Sugar, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until combined.
- Pour into a cold pan and bring to a gentle simmer. The jar stays off the stove — cool leftovers to warm-to-touch before they go back in the glass.
