Ingredients

  • Mayo1 cup Duke's (240 ml)
  • Cider Vinegar1/4 cup (60 ml)
  • Dijon Mustard1 Tbsp mustard (15 ml)
  • Horseradish1 Tbsp prepared (15 ml)
  • Garlic2 cloves
  • Worcester2 tsp (10 ml)
  • Celery Seed1/2 tsp (1 g)
  • Pimenton1/4 tsp smoked paprika (0.6 g)
  • Saltto taste
  • Pepperto taste

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Cider Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Horseradish, Worcester.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Celery Seed, Pimenton, Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
