- Olive Oil — 20 g huile d'olive Citrino
- Grapeseed Oil — 20 g huile de pépins de raisin
- Lime Juice — 15 g jus de citron vert
- Lime Zest — zeste ½ citron vert (1 g)
- Chard Vinegar — 5 g vinaigre Chardonnay
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Grapeseed Oil, Lime Juice, Chard Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Lime Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
