- Gochujang — 120 g gochujang
- Garlic — 20 g garlic
- Scallion — 10 g spring onion
- Onion — 30 g onion
- Corn Syrup — 100 g corn syrup
- Brown Sugar — 20 g brown sugar
- Soy Sauce — 70 g soy
- Sake — 30 g sake
- Pepper — pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gochujang, Corn Syrup, Soy Sauce, Sake.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Scallion, Onion, Brown Sugar, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
