- Olive Oil — 100 ml AOVE
- Butter — 40 g manteiga
- Onion — 1 cebolla mediana (julienne)
- Biquinho Peppe — 200 g pimenta biquinho en conserva
- Sugar — 50 g açúcar
- Lemon Juice — suco de 4 limões galegos (80 ml)
- Olive Oil — AOVE extra to emulsify off heat (30 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Butter, Lemon Juice, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Onion, Biquinho Peppe, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
