- Egg Yolk — 25 g
- Salt — 5 g
- Fish Sauce — 2 g colatura
- Hot Sauce — 1.5 g Tabasco
- Pepper — 0.5 g
- Water — 25 g
- Olive Oil — 100 g
- Vegetable Oil — 75 g neutral
- Olive Oil — 25 g garlic oil
Method
