- Mayo — 400 g mayonnaise
- Creme Fraiche — 160 g crème fraîche
- Pickling Liqui — 160 g favorite pickling liquid
- Buttermilk — 120 g buttermilk
- White Vinegar — 80 g distilled white vinegar
- Ultra-Tex — 20 g Ultra-Tex
- Celery Seed — 8 g celery seeds
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Creme Fraiche, Buttermilk, White Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Pickling Liqui, Ultra-Tex, Celery Seed.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
