- Pickled Ginger — 50 g Sushi-Ingwer, fein gewürfelt
- Leek — 150 g Frühlingslauch, fein
- Light Soy — 50 g Sojasauce
- Dashi — 30 g Dashi-Konzentrat
- Seas Rice Vinegar — 80 g Sushi-Essig
- Lime Juice — 1 Limette (Zeste + Saft) (30 ml)
- Lime Zest — Zeste 1 Limette (1 g)
- Rapeseed Oil — 50 g Rapsöl
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Light Soy, Dashi, Seas Rice Vinegar, Lime Juice, Rapeseed Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Pickled Ginger, Leek, Lime Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
