- Mayo — ¼ cup mayo (60 ml)
- Mentaiko — 3 tbsp mentaiko (45 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 2 tsp spicy sesame oil (10 ml)
- Water — ½ cup water (120 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mayo, Mentaiko, Sesame Oil, Water.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
