Ingredients
- Shallot — 1/2 tbsp chopped shallots (7.5 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 4 tbsp rice vinegar (60 ml)
- Soy Sauce — 3 tbsp soy sauce (45 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 3/4 tbsp toasted sesame oil (11.25 ml)
- Honey — 1 tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Wasabi — 1/4 tbsp wasabi powder (3.75 ml)
- Kizami Wasabi — 1.5 tbsp kizami wasabi (22.5 ml)
- Grapeseed Oil — 1.5 cups grapeseed oil or light olive oil (360 ml)
- Salt — salt, to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Shallot, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Honey, Wasabi, Kizami Wasabi, Grapeseed Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
