Ingredients

  • Shallot1/2 tbsp chopped shallots (7.5 ml)
  • Rice Vinegar4 tbsp rice vinegar (60 ml)
  • Soy Sauce3 tbsp soy sauce (45 ml)
  • Sesame Oil3/4 tbsp toasted sesame oil (11.25 ml)
  • Honey1 tbsp honey (15 ml)
  • Wasabi1/4 tbsp wasabi powder (3.75 ml)
  • Kizami Wasabi1.5 tbsp kizami wasabi (22.5 ml)
  • Grapeseed Oil1.5 cups grapeseed oil or light olive oil (360 ml)
  • Saltsalt, to taste

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Shallot, Rice Vinegar, Soy Sauce, Sesame Oil, Honey, Wasabi, Kizami Wasabi, Grapeseed Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
