Saffronstreet Honey-Grain Mustard Rice

Ratio by volume: Rice Vinegar 420 ml, Honey 240 ml, Grain Mustard 30 ml

Ingredients

  • Rice Vinegar1¾ cups rice wine vinegar (420 ml)
  • Honey1 cup honey (240 ml)
  • Grain Mustard2 Tbsp grain mustard (30 ml)
  • SaltSalt (2 g)
  • White Pepperfresh ground white pepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rice Vinegar, Honey, Grain Mustard.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, White Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
