Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar — 1¾ cups rice wine vinegar (420 ml)
- Honey — 1 cup honey (240 ml)
- Grain Mustard — 2 Tbsp grain mustard (30 ml)
- Salt — Salt (2 g)
- White Pepper — fresh ground white pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rice Vinegar, Honey, Grain Mustard.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, White Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
