- Soy Sauce — しょうゆ 900 g
- Mirin — みりん 900 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Mirin.
- Add finishing notes: Dried Umami.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
