Ingredients

  • Oyster Sauce5 Tbsp total (2 Tbsp marinade + 3 Tbsp cook) (75 ml)
  • Sugar2 Tbsp (24 g)
  • Soy Sauce2 Tbsp mushroom soy (30 ml)
  • Sweet Soy2 Tbsp sweet soy (30 ml)
  • Chile Powder1 Tbsp optional chili powder (8 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Oyster Sauce, Soy Sauce, Sweet Soy.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Chile Powder.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
