Ingredients
- Maple Syrup — ¼ cup (60 ml) maple syrup
- Lime Juice — juice of 1 lime (30 ml)
- Red Pepper Fla — ¼ tsp dried chilli flakes (0.5 g)
- Paprika — 1 tsp smoked paprika (2 g)
- Sherry Vinegar — 1 Tbsp sherry vinegar (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — 1 Tbsp EVOO (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Maple Syrup, Lime Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Red Pepper Fla, Paprika.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
