- Onion — 玉ねぎ(みじん切り) 80 g
- Light Soy — うす口しょうゆ 35 ml
- Rice Vinegar — 米酢 35 ml
- Sugar — 砂糖 3 g
- Lemon Juice — レモン汁 5 ml
- Vegetable Oil — サラダ油 70 ml
- Olive Oil — オリーブオイル 35 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Light Soy, Rice Vinegar, Lemon Juice, Vegetable Oil, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Onion, Sugar.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
