A bright dressing for salads and vegetables.

Ingredients
- Gf Juice — ¼ cup reserved grapefruit juice (from 1 segmented grapefruit) (60 ml)
- Lime Juice — 1 Tbsp lime juice (15 ml)
- Honey — 1 Tbsp honey (15 ml)
- Olive Oil — ½ cup EVOO (120 ml)
- Salt — Coarse salt (2 g)
- Pepper — black pepper (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gf Juice, Lime Juice, Honey, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
