Ratio by volume: Gf Juice 60 ml, Lime Juice 15 ml, Honey 15 ml, Olive Oil 120 ml

Ingredients

  • Gf Juice¼ cup reserved grapefruit juice (from 1 segmented grapefruit) (60 ml)
  • Lime Juice1 Tbsp lime juice (15 ml)
  • Honey1 Tbsp honey (15 ml)
  • Olive Oil½ cup EVOO (120 ml)
  • SaltCoarse salt (2 g)
  • Pepperblack pepper (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Gf Juice, Lime Juice, Honey, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
