Ingredients
- Hot Mustard — 250 g moutarde au moût de raisin
- Cider Vinegar — 70 g vinaigre de cidre
- Salt — 20 g sel
- Grapeseed Oil — 400 g huile de pépins de raisin
- Water — 50 g eau
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cider Vinegar, Grapeseed Oil, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Hot Mustard, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
