Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 10 g huile d'olive
- Passion Fruit — 1 fruit de la passion (pulp)
- Shallot — 1 échalote, ciselée
- Chives — ½ botte ciboulette, ciselée (15 g)
- Finger Lime — 1 citron caviar (interior)
- Lemon Juice — jus de ½ citron (plus more to taste)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Passion Fruit, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot, Chives, Finger Lime.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
