Ingredients
- Jalapeno — 2 jalapeños grilled/charred peeled seeded
- Cilantro — 1/2 cup chopped cilantro (120 ml)
- Lime Juice — 7 Tbsp fresh lime juice (105 ml)
- Peanut Oil — 1/3 cup peanut oil (80 ml)
- Basil — 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves (60 ml)
- Sugar — 1 tsp granulated sugar (5 ml)
- Salt — 1 1/4 tsp kosher salt (6.25 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Cilantro, Lime Juice, Peanut Oil, Basil, Sugar, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Jalapeno, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
