Saffronyard Muscadine-Apple Mignonette

Ratio by volume: Grape Juice 120 ml, Lemon Juice 30 ml, Apple 60 ml, Red Onion 15 ml, White Pepper 1 ml

Ingredients

  • Grape Juice — ½ cup muscadine juice (or white grape juice) (120 ml)
  • Lemon Juice — 2 Tbsp lemon juice (30 ml)
  • Apple — ¼ cup apple, peeled & minced (60 ml)
  • Red Onion — 1 Tbsp grated red onion (Microplane) (15 ml)
  • Salt — Pinch salt (0.5 g)
  • White Pepper — ⅛ tsp white pepper (0.62 ml)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Grape Juice, Lemon Juice, Apple, Red Onion, White Pepper.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt, White Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
