- Dijon Mustard — 2 Tbsp Dijon mustard (30 ml)
- Smoked Oil — 1 Tbsp smoked oil (15 ml)
- Honey — 1 tsp honey (5 ml)
- Water — 1 tsp water (5 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Dijon Mustard, Smoked Oil, Honey, Water.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
