Ingredients

  • Water140 g agua mineral
  • Dashi2 g hondashi
  • Sugar10 g azúcar
  • Soy Sauce50 g salsa de soja
  • Kombu2 g alga kombu

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Water, Dashi, Soy Sauce.
  2. Add finishing notes: Sugar, Kombu.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
