Ingredients

  • Zucchini1¾ cups (~250 g) zucchini
  • Scallion3-inch piece scallion
  • Lime Juice2 Tbsp lime juice (30 ml)
  • Turmeric2-inch piece fresh turmeric (15 g)
  • Orange Juice2 Tbsp orange juice (30 ml)
  • Cashews2 Tbsp cashew butter (30 ml)
  • Nutr Yeast2 tsp nutritional yeast (10 ml)
  • Garlic1 slice garlic (2 g)
  • Olive Oil3 Tbsp oil (45 ml)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)

Method

  1. This sauce needs a blender — the jar is for storing it, not making it.
  2. Combine measured ingredients and blend until smooth.
  3. Taste and adjust salt and acid.
