- Brown Sugar — 50 g Rohrzucker
- Ginger — 1 Scheibe Ingwer
- Galangal — 2 Scheiben Galgant
- Lemongrass — 1 Stange Zitronengras
- Makrut Leaf — 2 Kaffirlimettenblätter
- Mirin — 200 ml Mirin
- Water — 100 ml Wasser
- Cilantro — 1 kleiner Bund Koriander
- Xanthan — 4 g Gelespessa
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Mirin, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Brown Sugar, Ginger, Galangal, Lemongrass, Makrut Leaf, Cilantro.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
