- Tomato — 2 tomates moyennes
- Olive Oil — 3 c. à s. huile d'olive (45 ml)
- Lemon Juice — jus de ½ citron (15 ml)
- Salt — fleur de sel (2 g)
- Pepper — poivre (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
