Ingredients
- Sesame Paste — 30 g
- Soy Milk — 200 ml
- Soy Sauce — 30 ml
- Sugar — 15 ml
- Garlic — 3 g
- Chili Oil — 1 ml
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Milk, Soy Sauce, Sugar, Chili Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Sesame Paste, Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.

Hiromitsu Nozaki works in Japanese kaiseki / washoku at Waketokuyama; credentials include Michelin 2* (Waketokuyama, Tokyo).
