Ingredients
- Shallot — 1 dl finhakket sjalottløk (100 ml)
- White Wine Vinegar — ½ dl hvitvinseddik (50 ml)
- Olive Oil — 2 dl jomfruolivenolje (200 ml)
- Chives — 2 ss gressløk (6 g)
- Chervil — 2 ss kjørvel (6 g)
- Tarragon — 2 ss estragon (6 g)
- Salt — salt (2 g)
- White Pepper — hvit pepper (0.3 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Shallot, White Wine Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Chives, Chervil, Tarragon, Salt, White Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
