- Buttermilk — 1/4 cup buttermilk (60 ml)
- Mayo — 1/4 cup Kewpie mayonnaise (60 ml)
- Sour Cream — 1/4 cup sour cream (60 ml)
- Garlic Chives — 1/4 cup thinly sliced garlic chives (60 ml)
- Lemon Zest — 1 1/2 tsp grated lemon zest (7.5 ml)
- Lemon Juice — 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice (22.5 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 1 1/2 tsp Dijon mustard (7.5 ml)
- Pepper — 3/4 tsp black pepper (3.75 ml)
- Salt — 3/4 tsp kosher salt (4.5 g)
- Msg — 3/4 tsp MSG (such as Ajinomoto) (3 g)
- Onion Powder — 3/4 tsp onion powder (3.75 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Buttermilk, Mayo, Sour Cream, Garlic Chives, Lemon Zest, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Pepper, Onion Powder.
- Add finishing notes: Pepper, Salt, Msg.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
