Ingredients
- Rice Vinegar — 200 g Reisessig
- Mirin — 200 g Mirin
- Light Soy — 130 g weiße Sojasauce
- Garlic — 10 Knoblauchzehen
- Shiso — 2 Pack. grüne Shisoblätter (40 g)
- Bonito — 20 g Bonitoflocken
- Grapeseed Oil — 550 ml Traubenkernöl
- Salt — Salz (3 g)
- Sugar — Zucker (5 g)
- Pepper — Pfeffer (0.5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Light Soy, Grapeseed Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Shiso, Bonito, Salt, Sugar, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
