Ingredients

  • Rice Vinegar200 g Reisessig
  • Mirin200 g Mirin
  • Light Soy130 g weiße Sojasauce
  • Garlic10 Knoblauchzehen
  • Shiso2 Pack. grüne Shisoblätter (40 g)
  • Bonito20 g Bonitoflocken
  • Grapeseed Oil550 ml Traubenkernöl
  • SaltSalz (3 g)
  • SugarZucker (5 g)
  • PepperPfeffer (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Rice Vinegar, Mirin, Light Soy, Grapeseed Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Garlic, Shiso, Bonito, Salt, Sugar, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
