Ingredients

  • Chanponzu600 g Chanponzu
  • Bonito Vinegar100 g Bonitoessig
  • Xanthan2,8 g Xanthan
  • Sunflower Oil950 g Sonnenblumenöl
  • SaltSalz (2 g)
  • SugarZucker (3 g)
  • PepperPfeffer (0.5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Chanponzu, Bonito Vinegar, Sunflower Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Xanthan, Salt, Sugar, Pepper.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
