  • Saltsalt, as needed

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Verjus.
  2. Add finishing notes: Kiwi, Cilantro, Shallot, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
