Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 100 ml
- White Wine Vinegar — 20 ml
- Dijon Mustard — 2.5 ml
- Dill — 1 g
- Lemon Zest — grated lemon zest, to taste
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard.
- Add finishing notes: Dill, Lemon Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
