- Creme Fraiche — 80 ml
- Red Wine Vinegar — 30 ml
- Corn Syrup — 15 ml
- Dijon Mustard — 5 ml
- Celery Seed — 5 ml
- Garlic — 4 g
- Canola Oil — 60 ml
- Red Pepper — 0.5 g
- Oregano — 5 ml
- Parsley — 5 ml
- Salt — 2 g
- Pepper — 0.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Creme Fraiche, Red Wine Vinegar, Corn Syrup, Dijon Mustard, Celery Seed, Canola Oil, Oregano, Parsley.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic, Red Pepper, Salt, Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
