Ingredients

  • Neutral Oil250 g olio di semi
  • White Wine Vinegar20 g aceto bianco
  • Mustard Seed15 g senape in grani
  • Egg1 uovo
  • Egg Yolk1 tuorlo
  • Saltsale (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Neutral Oil, White Wine Vinegar.
  2. Add finishing notes: Mustard Seed, Egg, Egg Yolk, Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
