- Neutral Oil — 250 g olio di semi
- White Wine Vinegar — 20 g aceto bianco
- Mustard Seed — 15 g senape in grani
- Egg — 1 uovo
- Egg Yolk — 1 tuorlo
- Salt — sale (2 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Neutral Oil, White Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Mustard Seed, Egg, Egg Yolk, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
