Ingredients
- Sunflower Oil — 400 g olio girasole
- Olive Oil — 100 g olio oliva taggiasca
- Egg Yolk — 3 tuorli
- Lemon Juice — 5 cl limone (50 ml)
- Dijon Mustard — 2 cucchiaini senape Dijon (10 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 cucchiaino aceto rosso (5 ml)
- Salt — 3 cucchiaini sale nel limone (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sunflower Oil, Olive Oil, Lemon Juice, Dijon Mustard, Red Wine Vinegar, Salt.
- Add finishing notes: Egg Yolk, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
