- Sherry Vinegar — 15 ml
- Lemon Juice — 15 ml
- Salt — 1 g
- Sugar — 1 g
- Tomato — 160 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Sherry Vinegar, Lemon Juice.
- Add finishing notes: Salt, Sugar, Tomato.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
