- White Wine Vinegar — 15 ml
- Dijon Mustard — 5 ml
- Sunflower Oil — 45 ml
- Shallot — 25 g
- Salt — 1 g
- White Pepper — 0.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): White Wine Vinegar, Dijon Mustard, Sunflower Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot, Salt, White Pepper.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
