- Shallot — 1 sjalotje gesnipperd
- Beet — 1 rauwe rode biet brunoise (80 g)
- Vanilla — 1 el vanille-olie (15 ml)
- Red Wine Vinegar — 1 el rode wijnazijn (15 ml)
- Salt — snuif zout (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Vanilla, Red Wine Vinegar.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot, Beet, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
