- Green Apple — 40 g mela verde
- Salt — 0,80 g sale Maldon
- Sugar — 3,5 g zucchero
- Ascorbic Acid — 0,15 g acido ascorbico
- Lime Juice — 4,8 g succo lime
- Apple Liqueur — 1,40 ml liquore di mela
- Water — 26,8 ml acqua
- Lime Zest — 0,6 g scorzetta lime
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Apple Liqueur, Water.
- Add finishing notes: Green Apple, Salt, Sugar, Ascorbic Acid, Lime Zest.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
