Ratio by volume: Sour Cream 20 ml, Horseradish 65 ml

Ingredients

  • Sour Cream4 tsp sour cream (20 ml)
  • Horseradish4 Tbsp horseradish sauce + 1 tsp grated fresh horseradish (65 ml)
  • Saltsalt (2 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Sour Cream, Horseradish.
  2. Add finishing notes: Salt.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
