- Olive Oil — 2 EL natives Olivenöl (30 ml)
- Shallot — 1 EL Schalottenwürfelchen (10 g)
- Chicken Stock — 1 EL kräftige Brühe (15 ml)
- Pepper — 3 g Kubeben-Pfeffer, gemahlen
- Balsamic — 1 EL Alter Balsamico (15 ml)
- Salt — Salz (1 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, Chicken Stock, Balsamic.
- Add finishing notes: Shallot, Pepper, Salt.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
