Ingredients
- Spring Onion — 4 Jungzwiebel (weißer Teil), gegrillt
- Green Chile — 1 grüne Chilischote
- Ginger — 10 g Ingwer, fein
- Soy Sauce — 40 ml Sojasauce, mild
- Dashi — 40 ml Dashi
- Lime — 1 Bio-Limette (Zeste + Saft)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Soy Sauce, Dashi.
- Add finishing notes: Spring Onion, Green Chile, Ginger, Lime.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
