Ingredients

  • Red Onion½ oignon rouge (60 g)
  • Cilantro½ bouquet de coriandre (15 g)
  • Ginger1 petit morceau de gingembre (10 g)
  • Garlic1 gousse d'ail
  • Lime Zestzeste d'1 citron vert (2 g)
  • Lime Juicejus d'1 citron vert (30 ml)
  • Dark Soy5 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja foncée (75 ml)
  • Sesame Oil3 cuillères à soupe d'huile de sésame (45 ml)
  • Sweet Soy3 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja sucrée (45 ml)
  • Rice Vinegar2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre de riz (30 ml)
  • Olive Oil6 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive (90 ml)
  • Sesame SeedGraines de sésame (5 g)

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Dark Soy, Sesame Oil, Sweet Soy, Rice Vinegar, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Red Onion, Cilantro, Ginger, Garlic, Lime Zest, Sesame Seed.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
