- Red Onion — ½ oignon rouge (60 g)
- Cilantro — ½ bouquet de coriandre (15 g)
- Ginger — 1 petit morceau de gingembre (10 g)
- Garlic — 1 gousse d'ail
- Lime Zest — zeste d'1 citron vert (2 g)
- Lime Juice — jus d'1 citron vert (30 ml)
- Dark Soy — 5 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja foncée (75 ml)
- Sesame Oil — 3 cuillères à soupe d'huile de sésame (45 ml)
- Sweet Soy — 3 cuillères à soupe de sauce soja sucrée (45 ml)
- Rice Vinegar — 2 cuillères à soupe de vinaigre de riz (30 ml)
- Olive Oil — 6 cuillères à soupe d'huile d'olive (90 ml)
- Sesame Seed — Graines de sésame (5 g)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Lime Juice, Dark Soy, Sesame Oil, Sweet Soy, Rice Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Red Onion, Cilantro, Ginger, Garlic, Lime Zest, Sesame Seed.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
