Ingredients
- Olive Oil — 100 ml olive oil
- White Wine Vinegar — 1¼ tbsp Forum chardonnay vinegar (18.75 ml)
- Orange Juice — 1¼ tbsp orange juice (18.75 ml)
- White Miso — 1 tsp white miso paste (5 ml)
- Dijon Mustard Mustard — 1 tsp Dijon mustard (5 ml)
- Garlic — 1 garlic clove, finely grated
- Parsley — 1 tbsp coarsely chopped flat-leaf parsley (15 ml)
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Olive Oil, White Wine Vinegar, Orange Juice, White Miso, Dijon Mustard Mustard, Parsley.
- Add finishing notes: Garlic.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
