Ingredients

  • Tomato20 g
  • Truffle Juice10 ml
  • Sherry Vinegar9.9 ml
  • Caramel15 g
  • Olive Oil44 ml
  • Salt1 g
  • Ground Ginger0.5 g

Method

  1. Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Truffle Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil.
  2. Add finishing notes: Tomato, Caramel, Salt, Ground Ginger.
  3. Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
