- Tomato — 20 g
- Truffle Juice — 10 ml
- Sherry Vinegar — 9.9 ml
- Caramel — 15 g
- Olive Oil — 44 ml
- Salt — 1 g
- Ground Ginger — 0.5 g
Method
- Pour to the lines in order (bottom → top): Truffle Juice, Sherry Vinegar, Olive Oil.
- Add finishing notes: Tomato, Caramel, Salt, Ground Ginger.
- Cap the jar and shake until emulsified.
